Medford Comprehensive Plan Digital Engagement

We assisted with the digital engagement for the Medford planning process. This included an interactive map, analysis, website, and animations. We worked with an incredible team led by Agency Landscape + Planning and Emily Innes Associates, as well as Karp Strategies and ARUP.

Strategy

We worked with the team to help strategize the best use of digital media to engage the community to receive ideas and feedback from the residents of Medford. Our interactive map was a big hit, drawing over 2000 total comments, all geo-located and categorized.

Production

Our website and animation communications were pivotal tools for communicating with our audience. We collaborated with the rest of the team to make sure their graphics and vision were honored and amplified.

The City even asked us to create an extra video to explain the public process for zoning in Medford. We had a lot of fun with that! 🦑⚓

By the time we were asked to create the final video, the Medford planning team has refined the graphics and visuals of the plan… and we made sure the video matched the same energy!
