Animator

LANDAU is seeking a part time Animator for the summer or on an ongoing basis. Animator will be responsible for execution of storyboarding, graphics preparation, video editing, 2D, and 3D animation on a variety of visualization and public outreach projects. Animator will work collaboratively with Chris Landau and other LANDAU staff on projects.

Candidate should be comfortable with video editing and 2D animation in After Effects. Knowledge of 3D modeling and animation, specifically in Blender or comparable software, is encouraged but not a requirement. Candidate should be a self-starter. Position is remote and flexible. Hours will be negotiable during the hiring process and flexible during employment. Seeking approximately 2 to 4 days of help per week.
