Vallco Town Center
CUPERTINO, CA
This complex, 30-acre, greenroof project was aided by our powerful design automation tools. The tools were developed for internationally recognized landscape architecture firm OLIN. While providing maximum flexibility, our tools were able to drastically reduce the design and documentation time for the team at OLIN. Soon to be the largest of its kind, this 30-acre greenroof in Cupertino, California is composed of an orchestrated set of paths, planting, stormwater infrastructure, and topography. Development
A set of more than a dozen design automation tools created in Rhino and Grasshopper allowed designers to have the benefits of automation, while retaining design control at each step.
